Insurance

We accept BCBS and Medicare for chiropractic care. If you do not know if your insurance plan includes chiropractic care, contact your insurance company to verify your benefits. Please be aware that payment is due at the time of service. Through BCBS, if we receive payments, it goes on your case as a credit to use on your next visit. Through Medicare, when deductibles have been met, any payment will go direct to the patient. We do not accept assignment from Medicare. Please be aware that Medicare patients are not exempt from payment being due at the time of service. 

At this time we do not file insurance for neurofeedback therapy. Contact your insurance provider to determine what, if any, benefits are available for this therapy.

We offer several payment plan options and will work with you to determine the best payment option for your budget. We partner with Advance Care Card, who offers interest-free financing! Click here to see if you qualify!
